Uptown

Located in Pittsburgh's Uptown neighborhood,  these two turn-of-the-century brick warehouses have been beautifully restored and transformed into loft-style offices situated between downtown and Oakland, home to Carnegie Mellon University and the University of Pittsburgh. 

The Strip District

A timber-frame brick warehouse, the Cigar Factory is a 60,000 square foot building in the heart of Pittsburgh's robotics row. Tenants, including tech companies, architecture firms and communications and media businesses, love the high ceilings, natural light, easy parking and access to restaurants. 

The North Side

Smerd Group put together the 13 acres of waterfront property on the North Side that developer Millcraft is using to build a mixed-use neighborhood complete with an aquarium and Ferris Wheel.
